HI alex: try to install JAWS9 from another CD. if you have not the problem, that mean problem was in the application itself. if it's stil existed, i've to suggest you for the following: make sure that you don't have virus running in your system. scan all applications that's are installed on your computer including your jaws CD & if you have the original VERSION of JAWS with full license, i recommend you to contact freedomscientific technical support for that issue. you could send them an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] &explain the description of your technical problem. & they will received your email you will get their solution more quickly&officiently. hope this helpes. mostafa almahdy -- BEST REGARD IT'S ALWAYS HOPE THAT GIVES MEANING TO LIFE
