Hi Donnie, Your friend is very likely using a popup blocker, google toolbar for example. The problem can be resolved by pressing ctrl along with enter or the spacebar. She can also root jaws to pc and then press eather the left mouse button, or the spacebar it self on the link. For a permanent solution, she would have to remove the popup blocker.
