Hi Radha, To begin with, office 2007 no longer has a menue bar. The new way of presenting menue options is called a ribbon. As you might have guessed, the ribbon is suppose to look like its name sake. It has a series of tabs that are groups of items performing similar actions. While, the upper part of the ribbon contains the titles of the tabs, the lower part of the ribbon contains the commands. Jaws announces the key combinations you need to press to perform a particular command, when you are on that specific command.
