It is at home and there is not a net work. Before I was able to start and
did not ask for a log. I did was someone suggested and now I get unable to
log on due to registration. OK comes on and I have to press it to get log
again and press log again. my user account is in administrated. Can I delet
it?

If you require a password for network services, Windows will ask for it
every time you log on.
TweakUI from Microsoft PowerToys will allows automatic log on using a
specified username and password, however may not work if you are on a
domain.
