That could be your issue right there, there are still some bugs to be worked out in jaws betta 10, also, there is a feature in 2007 that most of us don't know about right away. It opens emails in a word document, and you want it to be in HTML, so when you open the email, hit alt H, then x, then v. Once you do this it will ask you for permission, say yes and then you will be able to read your email the right way.
