OMG you are right about the verbosity settings (Insert + V)! Try turning it
off in Configuration Manager. While you are in the mail application, press
Insert + F2. Type C then Enter to open the Configuration Manager. Press
Alt + S then F to open the Forms Mode settings. Uncheck the first checkbox,
"Enable Auto Forms Mode". Press Enter and Control + S to save the settings.
Close the Configuration Manager by pressing Alt + F4.
This should be set across sessions and should not affect your settings in
Internet Explorer.

I would like to amend my last post. As I stated in my last post there
isn't
an auto forms toggle in the verboscity settings, but there is in the
configuration manager. My auto forms is turned off in the CFM, but still
activates itself occasionally when replying to emails. Take care.

If you think that Auto Forms in JAWS is the problem, you might want to try
turning off this feature for this application in Configuration Manager.

I have had the same problem, but only after updating to Jaws 10.0.512.
To
get past it , I press escape and reopen the email and press control + r
again and it works. Take care.
