I use Eudora version 7.01 and JAWS version 9, soon to upgrade to 10. I am having no problems with this combo, but have had instability issues with earlier version of JAWS. For best results, use Eudora version 7 or 7.1 and your version of JAWS should be version 8 or higher. in Eudora, under TOOLS/OPTIONS/VIEWING MAIL, check the option for Eudora to use the Microsoft Viewer.

I am using Windows XP-Pro and JFW 8.2173. I am currently using Outlook XP and I am finding that I am not receiving all of my mail on a regular basis. I have run detect and repair, optimized Jaws for use with windows, regularly perform maintenance on my machine and reinstalled outlook. I spoke with my ISP and they claim that messages are remaining on the server after my mail is downloaded. I find many of the features in Outlook to be helpful however accurate and timely Email delivery is essential to my job.
