If you have an Internet connection, you don't have to call
Freedom Scientific's customer service. When you access the
Freedom Scientific site, simply go to the link "product
activation" where you can reset your Jaws Internet count or do
other things. With Jaws, to reset your Internet count you
need to type in your serial number. The most it will take is
a day to reset your Internet count.

Yes., the reset itself is free, but you have to call
Freedom Scientific's Customer Service to do it. It's a US 1
800 number, wich may not be toll free in Austraila.
