To access the Standard Toolbar of Outlook 2003 or any toolbar in the Office suite do the following 1. Access the Menu bar by pressing TAB 2. Move to the Toolbar with CTRL + TAB 3 Once on the toolbar use TAB to move forward among the options or SHIFT + TAB to move in reverse 4. When you are focused on the option you want to take action on press ENTER
