Just hit insert v to change your verbosity settings and this should fix your issue.

When I installed my last version of JAWS which was 7, I made some adjustments to stop JAWS from reading a bunch of stuff at the top of each of my emails when I would enter on them. I have forgotten how to do that. Could someone please refresh my memory? Also, when I focus on an email, I am hearing JAWS 10 say either "Y..." or "N..." before anouncing who the email is from. What is that all about and How can I stop that. JAWS 7 does not do that. Thanks for any help that I can get.
