Have you gone into JAWS Verbosity and turned off message header field with
announcement off?  This should help.

This has been occurring in one form or another with JFW for the last four or
five versions.
I do remember some posts that would fix the problem for about two days but
FS still hasn't come up with anything permanent. I don't remember it being
as bad when I was running Eudora. When Jaws 7 was released I jumped ship for
Outlook because I needed some of the calendar and contact features it
provided and have been fighting this same battle ever since.

When I hit enter on a message to read it, JAWS 10 repeats the entire
subject line before starting to
read the email.  This is very anoying to me.  Is there any way I can stop
this from happening?
