I believe you need to place the lame DLL file in the same location as the
gold wave program itself.

Hi all,
I am trying to convert a file from ogg to mp3 using gold wave. I was told
I had to download an encoder. so I downloaded the lame mp3 encoder from
the jaws users website. when I went to the zip folder, I pressed enter on
the file called lame.exe
I got a message asking about extracting files. I did so and pressed enter
on the lame.exe file again. The program seemed to be installed, but when I
went to convert the file again, I got the same message that the I needed
the mp3 encoder.
can someone help me out please?
