I heard that some other people got the same error today.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] FALSE POSITIVE WITH AVAST

AVAST gave me a false/positive today. It recognized dongleviewer.exe as the WIN32:Swizzor-N Trojan horse. It recognized the file in both JAWS 9 and 10 as the Trojan horse. Many of you use AVAST and I suggest if you get this warning to use the "take no action" button in the warning dialog box. Of course check the path and see if it is finding the files in the JAWS folders, which is what it was doing on my system.

I reported this to the following address as being a false/positive.

I have had no ill effects using JAWS since the warnings, but if you are using a dongle to authorize your JAWS then this is certainly something to pay attention to.

Take care.
