Hi Scott,
sounds like that particular page you're visiting is not properly marked
up with the "lang" attribute. When on the site in question, press
Insert+Shift+V to bring up the site specific verbosity settings, arrow
down to "Language detect", and press Space to turn it off. Press Enter
to close the dialog, and things should be back to normal on that site.
