So what's the best program free or paid to use so you are fully protected? Right now I have the MacAfee sweet, and windows defender runs in real time. I've also used Norton internet security before, and AVG. Recently I have heard of this thing called super anti spy ware, what is so special about this program? Is it reliable? What combination of programs can I use to be fully protected, protected? And spybott is not an option, I've used that one before and it bogs down my system. Thanks for all your help in advance!
