if you have a verizon web mail account, and have many in the address
book. then they are stuck. You will have to manually copy them out
and redo them to roadrunner.
The switch program that verizon offers. Lets you bring your address
book and folders into a verizon account, but not out.

or program that anyone knows of that will automatically switch your
email address from one provider too another? I've heard of
something called switch that might be able too acomplish this, but I
don't know how good or reliable it is, and I don't really want to go
through the process of un subscribing, and resubscribing, too the
three lists that I'm already subscribed too. I'd rather have all of
my services like internet, telephone, and television all on one
bill, instead of receiving two bills fore each of these services.
