No I have tried everything can not get to them at all no matter what I do with the jaws curser I only get the desk top lol

I had sighted assistance to click the button, once that was done it was easy to put the details in. but to locate the correct button without help? forget it. ah well done it now lets see how the program works. actually looking at it now, I'm non the wiser how it works. I see the buttons, stop, scan, repair etc but jaws doesn't read anything else. for example, I'm supposed to get a list of items that need check marks but I haven't as yet found that list. occasionally I locate a tab, but cant do nothing with it. I have clicked the scan button but the pc doesn't appear to do anything, same with the repair. anyone got a clue as to why this program is so unfriendly? thanks for your help.
