There are fewer options in the context menu (right-mouse key) at that point than there are in the Application menu (application key) or the real context menu (shift+F10). (This may be a peculiarity of JAWS: being that the JAW cursor may sometimes need to be used for full access to all of the items that should be there in the right-mouse menu.)
