There are some times that I find JAWS saying the word "Attachment" with every email that I receive. When this happens, I can hit on the attachment and I hear JAWS say the subject line followed by .txt Notepad. The email is there again in some type of txt Notepad file. When this happens I have to restart my computer. When I do this, all is well again, until it starts happening the next time. Could someone please tell me what is going on?
