Ah; I see! They added an entirely new, top-level section to CM. How silly!
It would have made more sense to have made it a new tab under HTML options.

I've found where to toggle it on and off, in the ins-V JAWS Options menu.
But where have they hidden this option in Configuration Manager? I looked
