I have that happen a lot in jaws  10. I just turn the vertual curser off,
hit the jaws refresh page  command an then  tuen the vertual curser back on.
This works 9 times out of 10.

I don't use firefox. i use IE7 and have had the same problem. with IE, i
just hit control+n for a new page and it opens properly. I don't know if
this would work in firefox but it's worth a try. karen near chicago in lots
and lots of snow!
