I'm using vista and don't have much problem on it.
I suggest that your friend has to create a folder on her desktop and name it
as "download".
Save it there when she download file for the first time, and the machine
will remember it the next time she will do any downloading.
Hope this helps,
Estelita

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Vista Question
A friend of mine has an E Machine desktop computer from Wal Mart. She is
running Windows Vista.
When she downloads something from SendSpace she says that it doesn't give
her an option of where she
wants to save it. How can she find the things that she has downloaded,
and how can she determine
where to save things?
Thanks,
Donnie
