This list is for people to share their experiences and to help out others
who might happen to need a hand up along the way. So in brief your original
opinion is correct.

too.

Hi Victor;

I must have gotten the wrong idea of what the list was for. I thought it
was to share our experiences. At the time I gave my opinion I did not know
the question was for an academic exercise.

You are the only person I have ever heard of that thought there was a
situation where drag & drop was the only solution.

Best regards

Hello Dave,

I don't know if you have ever been sighted or not, but one of the greatest
things about being sighted and dealing with windows was the fact that one
could drag and drop icons and start menu items into any other start menu
sub-menu one wanted.

For example, one has various games for the blind installed on their
computer, yet Windows feels the need to place a games menu in the start
menu.

Naturally, I would like to place all of my games, blind and sighted alike,
into the same menu to cut down on clutter.

I can guarantee you you can't do this by copying and pasting, you literally
have to drag and drop the icons into the menu, otherwise you're just
twisting your thumbs in the air.

Don't knock something you don't use as being unnecessary, as others may
require that same function for something you never thought of using it for.
