A friend of mine is having problems with her computer. She is not able to download anything anymore. She says that it acts like it is downloading, but she can't find anything anywhere. Below is an email that I received from her. If any of you have any suggestions, please let me know. By the way, she is using Vista and FireFox. Here is her email
in the past when i download from sendspace,all i did was click on the album then a box came open with windows media,or save to file,i would click the box save to file and then click for it to start downloading,when it was done it would go to my desktop,there i have a folder that i put it in. Now for some reason it says when i go to download and the box shows up,it says open with windows media center(set as default) and when i try to set it back to windows media player,it acts like it went,but when it gets done downloading,instead of going to my desktop,it goes into windows media center,and it won't let me play it, before when i downloaded the icon beside the item i was downloading would be a music icon,but now it shows a media center icon.i don't know if that means anything,but i have went into my default programs and other stuff to try to change my default,it acts like it has changed,but when i go to try to download again,it does the same thing.
