Hello Lori,
You can also use speech and sound schemes to use different voices for such
things as changes in font attributes, font type, font color and others. Use
JAWS key with alt and the letter "S" to bring up a list of schemes. Use up
and down arrow keys or first letter navigation to find a scheme to use.
Press enter key on the choice to make the particular scheme active. The
schemes can be modified to some degree by using the Speech and Sound Manager
in the configuration manager.

it will tell you things like the font and whether it is bold or
underlined
and so forth.
