Good evening everyone,
For the past month or so, my friend is not able to receive any of her emails
using time warner’s road runner service. Everytime that she callstime
warner to ask for help, they rout her calls from one customerservice
representative too another,with no resolution. I then suggested, that when
she calls the next time, too ask for a supervisor, and ask if they would
send somebody out too her house too try and fix the problem. The customer
service representative told her that they don’t send anyone out too the
house any more, and doesn’t she have a sighted person around too read the
screen. Then he said that it might be her A V G that might be causing her
not too receive email messages. My question is this, how do we access the
control senter in A V G, or where do we go too find any option in there
which might correctthis problem. Is there a particular option that we can
check? Or is there another place with in the control senter that I can go
too. She's using Jaws 10, and windows xp home addition.
