Hi all,

Is there a way I can easily read a large amount of text within a cell in Excel
2003 with Jaws 9?

In some of the cells I have a few pages of text. I can use the F2 key to go
into edit mode, and read word, by word very slowly. Is
there a easy way I can read text in the cell sentence by sentence, or the
contents of the complete cell quickly?

When I use insert-down arrow on numpad after pressing F2 Jaws does not read
the entire cell. If I move to the cell, Jaws does not
read the entire contents. It stops reading part way through.

I want spreadsheet to be readable by the sighted user, so I do not want to make
my details column big enough to display all the data
at first glance. I want the user to see the data in as many columns as
possible, and then allow the end user to have the option to
click on the cell to expand and read all the data as needed based on what data
is displayed.

The reason for so much text in one cell. Spreadsheet is a chronological list of
task, with data, contacts and details of task is in
one of the columns. Besides the text column, I only have 4 other columns in my
spreadsheet.

Thank you for any help you can provide to help me read this large amount of
text in a cell.

Bill
