Why not uninstall 9, including shared components, then reinstall.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Still struggling with my JAWS problem
Since I was having problems reading messages in OE and pages in IE I
decided to uninstall JAWS 10 to see if version 9 would function properly.
JAWS 9 will read email messages automatically and with the cursor, but it
won't read messages that I write.
I have done a repair on version 9 but nothing has changed
With the brief test I've done, the Internet seems to be functioning okay.
I have OE set to send and receive HTML messages.
Any suggestions?
