My ISP is our local telephone company. I am finding that from time to time there are 3 or 4 of the national ISP's that will block PRTC (my local provider). For some reason they recognize it as SPAM. This causes a problem for the people who are with the ISP's who are doing this. I send out a couple of daily emails, and when this occurs, they are not able to receive them. Someone told me that there might be some type of program that I could run in order to prevent this from happening. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please let me know. Any advice on this subject will be greatly appreciated.
