Hello;
give these steps a try;
to enable the skype hot-keys;
1, open skype;
2,alt+t=tools, and, the letter "P"=options.
3, now, down arrow until you hear, "hot-keys", it the last choice in the
list.
4, now tab, you should hear; "enable hotkeys," unchecked, press spacebar to
check this item.
tab again, you should hear, answer call, altPageUp, not checked, check with
spacebar, tab to save.

If you have the hot keys enabled alt+ page up. If you don't then alt + C
and
arrow down to answer call and hit enter.
