Yeah, I would do that, except it doesn't always work and may have to be done
several times. You may even have to close and restart Outlook Express. Hope
the next update will have this fixed or it's JAWS 9 all the way.

This is a known bug in Jaws 10 with outlook express. The only way I know
of
to fix it is to hit escape and start the email over again. I never saw
this
problem prior to Jaws 10.
