I have no idea if you are using windows vista, but windows vista creates
favourites folder automatically in your destop directory as soon as you save
web site in the internet, and you can easily delete that saved web site by
going to that favourite folder, use your arrow keys to locate that unwanted
site and press delete key.
JAWS prompts you if you really want to delete the selected item, and
pressing Y/N shall confirm your wishes.

try this with IE
To delete webpage from favorites list
Alt and right arrow to favorites
And down arrow to organize favorites and enter
Alt plus T and down arrow to the webpage you want to delete
Alt D and enter to delete page
All of my outgoing messages are scanned by Avast!
