I amusing Outlook 2003 and Jaws 9. Outlook environment I am on has Exchange servers. When I type the SMTP email address in the to: field of a email message Outlook expands to Exchange style email address, last name, first name. While on the email address, I select Outlook properties and tab 16 times over to the work phone number to read the persons phone number. All of the people I need to look up the phone numbers are not stored in my contacts. I just have a list of SMTP email addresses. Is there a quick way I can get the work phone numbers? I prefer to find another way, instead of counting 16 tabs, or listening for when I am on the work phone number.
