The only way to do it now through start, all programs, JAWS 9.0, explore
JAWS, explore my settings. Delete anything that has default in the
filename, like default.jcf, and all will be reset.

Hiya
Can anyone help me with setting Jaws 9 back to factory defaults?
I thought this setting was in the tools sub menu but I cant appear to
locate it.
I did update from FS web site and wondered if that was why this setting
isn't available.
Didn't want to reset jaws from the CD as I thought this might confuse
things.
