Hi David. I've got around 15 folders, so if a message comes in and I have a folder to put that in, I use shift control v to move it, now here's the problem, when I want to move it, or when I press control y and try to go to the folder to move the message to, it won't go unless the inbox is opened. Somehow, the inbox seems to close and I have to press right arrow to open it again, before I can move the message into its folder, but this hasn't happened to me before. I was always able to press control y and go to a particular folder with no problems, and the same with control shift v, I was able to move messages to their prospective folders, but not now it seems the inbox keeps closing. I know it sounds daft, but there it is.
