First Choice Press insert F6 to bring up a list of the headings in the document. Then use your arrow keys or first letter navigation to move among the headings list. Second Choice Turn the virtual cursor on by pressing insert Z. Then press the letter H to move forward from heading to heading. You can also use shift H to move backwards from heading to heading.
