I'm using Jaws 10, and the alt-space bar brings up the system menu. I'm
also wondering if you set another program to use the alt-space bar hotkey?
I did this once with a different key command, and it over road the original
key command. Once I deleted the new hotkey I chose, the original key
command returned and worked correctly again. Make sure that when you set up
global hotkeys in programs like Skype that you're not using a key command
that's already in use. This will cancel out the original hotkey.

Hi Victor

yeah? ditch jaws 10. lol.

Out of curiosity, do you still have jaws 9? go back to that and see if the
same thing occurs with that.

This is strange though, as I thought alt space was a windows command not a
jaws one, so FS wouldn't have replaced it.
