HI,
when you hit ALT-A you will hear a list of attachments, one or more. These
are arranged along a row, arrow left to hear the second attachment if there
is a second one and so on.
When you are on the attachment you want to open hit enter on it. You will
usually be prompted to open or save the attachment. To select that option
you arrow up or down and click enter. If Windows knows what programme to
open the attachment, Word for a .doc file, Adobe for a .pdf that sort of
thing the file will be open in that programme.

Greetings all,
Its Fast Freddy again, what I need to know is how to open an
attachment in outlook using jaws. Last week someone said,"Hit the insert
key
plus the A key", and that was it. I followed these instructions and I
still
was not able to read the attachment. My question is, after hitting the
insert key plus the A key are there any other steps I need to take? I'll
be
here wating to hear from someone.
