Doug,

Run the Jaws 10 program CD first.  If you have a registered version of Jaws
already installed on your computer, you shouldn't need your ILM cd.  But,
Jaws should have you go online to register the new installation.  If you're
unable to register it, it might be because your ILM key count is at zero.
You'll need to submit a form to have them reset your key count to three.  As
for the Real Speak voices, installing those is optional.  Regarding the
PackMate, I don't own one, so I'm no help here.
