Hello,
You might need to protect the form. If form protection is turned on then
you can use tab key to move from form field to form field. In Word 2007 use
the choice for restricting editing to filling in forms. If the form is
protected then you should be able to check the box or remove the checkmark
with the spacebar after tabbing to it.

I tried to activate and deactivate the check box by pressing "x" in
microsoft word but not successful.
Does any one experience with this condition please share to me.
