There are two ways that you can probably get to those buttons in the toolbar.
First, when you are in Outlook, press the Alt key. Jaws should now say you are in the file menu. Next, press the key combination control tab or control shift tab. This will put you on a row of toolbar buttons. You can press the tab key to move between each of the buttons on the toolbar. Depending on what you have setup in Outlook, you might have to press control tab or control shift tab a couple of times to get to the row of toolbar buttons you are looking for. Once you find the toolbar button you are looking for, press the enter key or left mouse button to activate the button. If, for some reason, the above does not work, route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and then press control home to go to the top of the screen, Then, use your arrow keys to move through the toolbars and find the button you are looking for. You can then use the left mouse button key to activate the button.
