Occasionally after someone else uses my computer, when I use the windows key to get to the start menu, I am in the connect to sub menu. I can not find a way out other than a computer restart. Today after checking email, outlook express, I found myself in the same predicament. This time my wife was close by and I had her look at the screen. The mouse pointer was in the connect menu area. She just moved the mouse and everything is ok. I did everything that I could think of to fix it on my own, with no success. I even unloaded jaws and restarted which did nothing. Currently I am using jaws 10 butthe problem has gone back many versions at least to jaws 7. I am also using xp home.
