if flash is on the box, Open up the browser and look in tools menu in
manage add-ons. Your looking in the list for shockwave, then tab and
arrow up or down to enable if not done already.
If you don't have it then you will have to install it from,
http://flashplayer.10-downloadcenter.com/index.asp?aff=103&camp=gg_flash_us&se=google
as far as the movie and parts. They are just links, hit enter on them.
