One thing I had told you in regards to the profile to be checked is wrong,
it should be unchecked just as chris stated.

I've got to tell you that this business of marking my network adapter as
safe and then a while later having to do it again just isn't working for
me.
I realize that I can't figure out every peace of software out there but I
have done enough of them to feel confident I should have a fighting chance

I also could not get that firewall to consistently share network resources
on my home network, so I ended up scrapping that one for now. If you get
it
working the way it should, then I for one would love to read about it.
I never got a response from AVG, probably because I was using it on the
trial basis, but one thing is for certain; I won't plop down any green
for
something that doesn't work before I buy it.
