Good afternoon list. My name is Marvin Kotler and I have a question regarding a strange problem. First, I run windows xp home edition and jaws 10. When I open up help and support center, Jaws will read this all right. When I close the help and support center, jfw goes south or some such. I have to restart the computer for him to work again. I sort of found a work around for the moment; if I read something in this program and then unload jfw, I can then close the help and support center program. Then I can bring up jaws with a hot key and he works all right. If anyone has any ideas on how I can get jfw to work correctly with this program, I would appreciate hearing them.
