Hi Barbara,

1. Alt + V for the view menu.
2. Arrow down to Sort by submenu and press enter, or press the letter B.
3. Arrow down and make sure that the "Received" and "Descending" boxes are 
checked.

Hi all, This was asked previously, and I thought I saved it, but don't see

list for Outlook Express. They seem to be going in middle and sometimes
