Hi
Does restricting editing to fields like this only happen in the document
you set this restriction for or is it global to all documents?

Reese,
Protect document is at the end of the Review tab; quickest way to get
there is to press Alt, R, Tab, LeftArrow, Enter. That opens a menu and
you want "Restrict Formatting and Editing". The task pane opens and
focus moves to it; you can Tab through and check "allow only this type
of editing in the document" and then choose "filling in forms" from the
next combo. Press the "yes, start enforcing protection" button and
you'll be prompted for a password. After that focus will drop onto the
first field in your document.
