Although it is not a phone, you might want to check out the Braille Sense from GW Micro. It has a braille style keyboard, but you can connect a USB external keyboard. I am using one of those rubber roll-up keyboards. It has built in wireless. It works well with active Sync running on a Windows XP computer for syncing contacts and calendar items in Outlook. You can transfer files via USB and Active Sync, or you can use a thumb drive.
I tried the phone as a note taker route and was not happy with the Bluetooth connection for the keyboard. You might want to also check out the Icon and the braillePlus.
