I received the same message when trying to update my JAWS10.
That seems strange to me.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] repairing JAWS 10

Hi
I recently tried to do an update using the JAWS update feature on my JAWS 10 program and received the following message.

The following updates could not be installed:
  - JAWS 10.0.1139 Update

There may be a problem with your current installation, typically due to deleted or renamed files. Run a repair of your original installation and try to update again.
I am not sure where my original JAWS 10 disk is. How do I do a repair?
    Thank you.

God bless,
Mark
