Don't worry, I think this is a known problem with us, certainly me anyway. Not sure if FS will fix it.

I usually go to the top of a mail folder with unread messages and press Enter to open the message in a new window. JAWS will then read the header and then start to read the message. I then usually press the delete key if I have no response or Alt+RightArrow if I might need to save the message or continue on and see if anyone else has already responded to the message. As it is reading, it will randomly stop for no apparent reason. It does not usually stop in every message, but just about every other message. A few times I had trouble getting it to read even a single complete line before it stops reading. I am using the new Karen Real Speak solo Direct voice as my standard voice. Perhaps I should see if the same problems occur with the default Reed voice. I have stopped newly installed software like the Talking Clock with no effect. I also used JAWS 9 for a while to read email and everything worked properly. Has anyone else encountered problems with the SayAll functionality? Additionally, I have experienced JAWS 10 suddenly crashing and going silent about 4 times in the last 24 hours! One time the only application I had open was Windows Mail. Is the new JAWS 10 update really this unstable? I have run SuperAntiSpyware and Trend Micro virus scans. Should I clean out my registry with cCleaner?
